Stencil Navigator addon for Microsoft ® Visio ® 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/2021
Stencil Navigator is an addon for Microsoft Visio to assist you with visiblity of all your as well as the built-in Visio stencils.
- Use the Add Folder button to add a folder of stencils to the tree view in the main window, or
- Use the Add built-in Visio Stencils button to add all the built-in stencils (there are a lot more than you probably know of).
- When adding a folder of stencils you will be asked if you want to add a bookmark to this folder
- and these bookmarks can be seen and manipulated via the Bookmarks screen
(this feature may be turned on and off via the Options button). - From the Bookmarks screen you may add a folder of stencils that was previously bookmarked.
P.S. if you don't see the main screen as shown below and some of the buttons are in the wrong place then adjust the window size using the bottom and side of the window to make the buttons visible. Close and restart the program and all should be well in the future.
